Enhances the customer shopping experience by fostering strong partnerships with store teams. Adheres to operational procedures and effectively deters dishonest activities while maintaining high customer service standards.
Functions and Roles include: Centralized Internal Investigations, National Task Force, Training & Development, Loss Control Auditors, Detectives, Investigators, Specialists, Supervisors, Uniformed Security, Security Advisors, District and Regional Loss Prevention Managers.
LOSS PREVENTION CORPORATE
Loss Prevention affects every part of our business. It’s partly about protecting our assets and our brand, while also involving highly strategic thinking focused on maximizing our profits.
Responsible for helping to protect Associates, assets and brands by monitoring and responding to incidents as they occur and escalating as appropriate following established policies and procedures.
Functions include: Corporate Investigations, Background Investigations & Compliance, Asset Protection & Technology, Financial Analysis & Administration, LP Business Intelligence & Systems, Global Safety & Security, and eCommerce Fraud Protection.
LOSS PREVENTION DISTRIBUTION
Our Distribution Centers are the key to getting new products into our stores. To keep up with our ever-changing inventory, we stay nimble and adaptable. No day is the same, and that’s just how we like it. We provide protection for company assets including people, property, and information.
You'll be part of the team responsible for loss prevention, safety and security initiatives, helping to ensure the day-to-day protection of Associates and merchandise.
Functions and Roles include: Distribution Services, Logistics & Digital, Shortage Control, Third-party Licensed Service Center, Supply Chain Investigations, Digital Fulfillment Centers, Loss Prevention Supervisors and Specialists.
