DISTRIBUTION CENTERS
Around here, it’s all about the flow. As part of our distribution team, you’ll make a difference as a vital part of our stable company and work with great people in our vibrant, inclusive culture.
Count, select, and sort items by style, color, store order, or other criteria; match receipts against purchase orders; pack or unpack merchandise in and out of boxes; and ticket clothing, accessories, and other items.
Load and unload merchandise from trailers, and manually lift and handle objects such as totes, boxes, or garments.
Roles include general warehouse Associate, warehouse Associate (all shifts), picker, stocker, and assistant.
DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT
These entrepreneurial problem solvers are responsible for millions of units in inventory, developing creative plans to optimize the flow of merchandise, and above all, engaging and inspiring their teams.
Tap and grow your leadership and operational talents as part of a team working toward executing, delivering, and achieving business goals, as well as achieving greater efficiencies.
Manage day-to-day activity (including planning, flow, and resource allocation), motivate Associates and foster morale, and build effective relationships with counterparts, peers, and other business partners.
Leadership positions include warehouse supervisor, center supervisor, warehouse department supervisor, distribution operations specialist, and operations manager.
DISTRIBUTION HR
Be an ambassador as you perform important Associate relations and labor relations functions.
Apply your recruiting, hiring, and payroll experience in proactively strategizing with management to recruit new hires based on building production requirements.
Ensure the operation and practices are in accordance with all government laws and regulations.
Positions include HR business partner, manager, generalist, and analyst.
