GLOBAL SOURCING & PROCUREMENT
GS&P collaborates with teams throughout the organization, across all regions, helping them find and purchase non-merchandise goods and services, from store supplies to consulting services to energy.
We deliver strategic support throughout the sourcing, procurement, contracting, and supplier management processes, while also providing guidance in the areas of supplier diversity and sustainable sourcing. In doing so, we help TJX teams make informed, confident decisions when they need to find the best possible suppliers to meet their unique goals.
GLOBAL CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
GCI delivers value across the organization through the execution of initiatives strategically aligned with TJX Business Priorities. We leverage Continuous Improvement, Program Management, and Intelligent Automation - coupled with Associate coaching - in an effort to strengthen TJX operational capabilities for the future.
GS&P CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
The Center of Excellence (COE) team plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and optimization, supporting GS&P with operational processes.
The COE consists of three pillars: Source to Contract (STC), Performance & Analytics (P&A), and Procurement. Each team brings specialized expertise to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and maximize value across the sourcing and procurement lifecycle.
