Inclusion related learning

We all can learn from each other. Inclusion-related learning varies among the countries where we operate and is tailored to address environments our Associates most often encounter. For instance, in the U.S., store management may use a tool called “Culture Pulse” to gauge how store teams are performing in the areas of customer engagement and in their connections with each other.

Associate Resource Groups (ARGs)

We believe in the power of diversity to advance—individually and collectively. In the U.S. and Canada, active Associate Resource Groups are organized for networking, development, and to support at our corporate headquarters and in our Loss Prevention department.
