Inclusion and Diversity Our differences make us stronger—and, yes, different. As a complex global business, we believe it is important that our workforce reflects the diversity of our customers and communities we serve. We also believe that fostering an inclusive environment that engages and empowers Associates not only strengthens our business, but also fosters a culture that inspires us to work hard, challenge ourselves, and be innovative in our thinking.
Inclusion related learning We all can learn from each other. Inclusion-related learning varies among the countries where we operate and is tailored to address environments our Associates most often encounter. For instance, in the U.S., store management may use a tool called “Culture Pulse” to gauge how store teams are performing in the areas of customer engagement and in their connections with each other.
Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) We believe in the power of diversity to advance—individually and collectively. In the U.S. and Canada, active Associate Resource Groups are organized for networking, development, and to support at our corporate headquarters and in our Loss Prevention department. Our ARGs sponsor educational, volunteer, and social events. Learn about our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs).
