BIO: I began my career with TJX in 2015, as an Assistant Store Manager at TJ Maxx in Miami, FL. In 2018, I was promoted to Store Manager and held various Store Manager assignments within the Florida market. I was recently promoted to District Manager in April 2024.

Simultaneously while growing my retail career, I was also serving in the US Army as an Infantrymen (2013-2020).  I received 4 medals of distinction and was deployed to Africa before retiring from the Army in 2020. This past year, I also graduated with my bachelor’s in business from American Military University. 

I am known for delivering results, developing talent, and mentoring others.

BIO: I have been with TJ MAXX for 18 years. I started as an Assistant Manager in the Central Florida market and 8 months later was promoted into a Store Manager role. As a Store Manager I led 7 stores in 7 years. I was promoted to District Supervisor where I began to learn the multi-unit role. Two years later I took on a challenge and relocated to Central Jersey/Staten Island market to lead a team of 12 stores. Currently I lead 11 stores in the Miami, Florida market.

My passion is developing others and changing lives. I have promoted numerous employees across various levels, including  Store Managers to District Managers, Assistant Managers to Store Managers, and Coordinators to Assistant Managers.

I have an MBA from Saint Leo University and currently working on my Doctorates Degree at Saint Leo University. I am a proud Latino, a husband of 24 years, and father of a 15-year-old son and an 11 year old daughter who are my world.
