We as a Talent Acquisition Team aim to provide our stakeholders with the very best talent in the market place by ensuring the right Candidates are identified, sourced and approached in creative and innovative ways when required. Therefore we build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Line Managers, HR Business Partners and Candidates whilst providing them with the highest level of service and required support.  

 

To support our further growth in Europe we are currently looking for a new team member to join our team in Düsseldorf or Warsaw.

 

Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m)

 

You have a passion for talent acquisition, are a real self-starter and are highly motivated? You have a faible for retail and are a great communicator? Then this could be your next career step.

 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Coach, advise and consult with the Hiring Manager or HR Business Partner when required to future plan activity in a particular area.
  • Provide information and advice to the Hiring Manager or Business Partner with regards to the recruitment market place and current trends that might impact the search or process.
  • Uses best practice and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services, suggesting creative alternatives to conventional approaches if required.
  • Able to partner across senior levels of the Business across Europe (Germany, Austria, Poland, Netherlands) when required.
  • Applies advanced principles and concepts to a wide range of work within their discipline and demonstrate the ability to work across functions.
  • Able to work with the Channel Management Specialist to not only determine the appropriate channel/media to maximise advertising response for a particular role but also plan and manage wider reaching campaigns.
  • Leads or supports specific mid/long term Talent Acquisition projects.
  • Knows and able to explain the team KPIs and milestones to all stakeholders.
  • Analyses data and reports to put forward business recommendations.

 

Profile:

  • Solid experience in international talent acquisition; ideally you have worked in both fast paced agency and in-house resourcing role
  • Have the ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with Business Partners.
  • Proven problem solving capability.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute plans to a high level.
  • Ability to quickly develop specific business and market knowledge.
  • Have experience of developing and running large recruitment campaigns
  • Are keen to continuously improve the way we work
  • Able to travel within Europe
  • Have experience of upskilling hiring managers.
  • Languages: English, Polish, ideally Dutch or German
