Our team of Recruiters and Sourcers are strategic business partners who influence and lead stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.  We hold Sourcing and Recruiting in equal esteem and believe both must function in tandem for the CoE to deliver required results.  Based at our Corporate Headquarters outside of Boston, the Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing is an integral member of the CoE.  She/he will lead a team of Sourcers who are truly TJX global brand ambassadors with the focus on building and maintaining robust talent pipelines to support active and future global talent needs. This key position will partner closely with other Talent Acquisition leaders, Human Resources partners, Business leaders, and external vendors on both strategic and operational activities.  As the recognized sourcing expert, they will continually research, evaluate and educate the CoE on sourcing best practices, candidate engagement, social media, metrics, technologies and tools. 



  • Oversee the execution of the Sourcing function’s strategic vision and goals, ensuring alignment and delivery to business and CoE talent objectives.
  • Pro-actively identify, partner, influence, and collaborate with key stakeholders to anticipate and ensure alignment to delivery on organizational talent needs.
  • Continuously evaluate, develop and modify (as needed) current and new processes to ensure consistent and scalable execution and delivery results for the Sourcing function.
  • Consistently and accurately measure, monitor, and analyze key sourcing metrics / KPI’s to ensure function delivery, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence and demographic data to address immediate hiring plans and enhance proactive forecasting and workforce plans.
  • Oversee the evaluation of targeted messaging channels and the creation of compelling outbound communication campaigns aligned to TJX Employee Value Proposition, analyze results.
  • Actively manage the team via coaching, development, and upskilling to nurture and solidify a team culture of growth, accountability, and high performance and engagement.
  • Attract, supervise, develop and retain talent by creating an environment that provides direction, continuous learning and development, and commitment to a common vision and shared values.  Provide candid, timely developmental feedback to all team members.



  • 7 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience with at least 2 years of demonstrated success leading a team in a metrics driven, performance focused TA function.  Specialized Sourcing team leadership strongly preferred, RPO or agency experience a plus.
  • Experience developing and implementing effective recruiting and sourcing strategies, processes, and procedures to support enterprise talent needs.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating, partnering, negotiating and influencing at all levels and across all functions of a highly matrixed environment.  Global experience a plus.
  • Comfortable leading in a dynamic, high growth, fast pace culture that requires flexibility and tolerance for change. 
  • Proven experience building and managing candidate pipelines; leveraging CRM and other technology to support.
  • Metrics driven with the ability to analyze performance data to show results and ROI as well as opportunities for further savings.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
