The TJX Global Talent Management Center of Expertise (CoE) creates scalable solutions for assessing and developing talent across all of our business functions.  Our Talent Assessment team oversees and curates assessment programs to support our leadership development goals.

 

The Talent Management Analyst coordinates and executes the system and content administration for all talent assessment tools, reports and administration, and ensures data is housed and used properly.  This person consults, partners, and trains Divisional Talent Specialists/HR Administrators on assessment administration.  This person also manages strategic Global Talent Assessment projects such as sourcing and implementing new assessment tools as well as conducting validation research to ensure that the tools are predicting performance and future potential.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects supporting the department’s access, interpretation and use of talent data to drive high potential talent objectives
  • Compiles and conducts on-going analysis of assessment data, which could include analyses to test the reliability and validity of data
  • Ensures consistent and accurate global implementation of assessment policies and practices
  • Oversees and monitors the technical and operational administrative practices globally for the divisional administrators as needed including allowing access, training, trouble shooting systems issues e.g., PAN, DiSC, TMS 360
  • Maintains and updates the assessment data warehouse with accuracy, consistency, quality, and integrity
  • Provides high-quality, responsive and courteous customer service by responding promptly to e-mails, phone calls and in-person inquiries
  • Special projects as assigned

 

Skills/Knowledge

  • Organizational skills, with emphasis on project/program management
  • Strong quantitative, analytical abilities
  • Course work and working knowledge of statistics including models
  • Developed problem-solving skills
  • Clear writing skills with proficiency in communicating technical information in lay person terms
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills with demonstrated executive presence
  • Customer focused, timely follow-through, via verbal or email communication, on internal requests
  • High integrity and trust to manage confidential data and information
  • Strong partnering and collaboration across Human Resources and business functions in a complex matrix environment
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and flexibility with internal and external clients and stakeholders
  • Comfortable with technology including SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite

 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in an analysis focused role
