The Value You’ll Deliver

You have a very strong background in project delivery and feel comfortable mentoring and guiding project teams and their leaders in industry best practice.  You are able to coach across various methodologies including Agile, SAFe and Waterfall.  You will provide input to portfolio management through identification and tracking of risk and value measures.  You will directly contribute to raising the maturity level of TJX’s processes as these relate to project delivery.  You are committed to continuous improvement activities which you will either lead or support as part of your role.  Your engagement in these continuous improvement activities will significantly reduce Non Value Add ‘overhead’ and streamline our delivery process.
