What you’ll do

The Corporate Solution Delivery organization leads the evolving software and systems at TJX for Finance, Human Resources, Collaboration, and Analytics.  We chase the big, strategic initiatives enabling TJX to make faster, smarter decisions every day.

As an HCM Staff Engineer, you will help drive our delivery of business value through technical solutions across our HR and Payroll systems.  You will work collaboratively with your Scrum team, business partners and others across IT to craft, code, test, deploy and support software/technology components.  You will be responsible for leading medium to large initiatives, providing mentorship and resolving issues.

What you’ll need

Critical:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Engineering skillset / training / technical work experience.
• 5-8 years of strong experience in the technical design, development, implementation and support of Oracle EBS R12 – (At least two of the following modules: HR, Compensation, Benefits, PTO and Payroll)
• Extensive SQL and Oracle PL/SQL programming skills
• Expertise in Oracle Configurations / Data flows / APIs / Interfaces (standard & custom) / Patching / Reports / Extensions / Functionality

Secondary/Preferred:

• Experience in using the following tools: Oracle jDeveloper, OA Framework, Oracle Reports and XML Publisher
• Familiarity working with SaaS platforms such as Oracle Cloud and SAP Success Factors
• Experience working within an Agile Scrum team.
