Maintains a filing system and purges files as necessary. Responsible for booking all conference rooms and helping to set up/take down conference rooms for meetings.  

Manage ordering, receipt and distribution of office and kitchen supplies.  Monitor supply levels on a weekly basis.  Check kitchens daily for

adequate supplies. Ensure adequate paper supply by each printer every Friday. Cover Receptionist breaks on a daily basis.

Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries from Fedex, DHL, etc.  Assists with Sample management.

Manage receipt of Monday reports.   

Back up for Receptionist/POP and special projects as assigned
