Joining our Buying Operations function in Denmark, you’ll join around 80 associates working in the UK, Germany, Italy, France and Denmark who provide dedicated administrative support to the Buying Teams.

 

As Buying Administrator you’ll work independently in our Buying Office just outside of Copenhagen, supporting a team of 3 Buyers. In addition to organizing the Buyers’ itineraries and managing purchase orders and invoices, you will also write orders and participate in filtering potential suppliers. Supporting the management of our vendors and royalty accounts will also be part of your responsibilities. By researching each vendor you will contribute vital information to help make the Buyers work more efficient.

 

You will get involved with project coordination, strategy support and preparation for the pre-production and production sample processes. This will include requesting and coordinating samples from vendors, setting up displays for Buyer approval, creating mood boards, strategy packs and presentations.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

 

  • Highschool education or equivalent
  • Fluent English + Danish – both, written and verbal
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • PC literate with intermediate computer skills, good data entry and math skills
  • Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing and diverse environment
  • Independent, able to work effectively without day-to-day supervision
  • Task oriented, aware of deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with people at different levels
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, fast learner
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
  • Able & flexible to travel to the UK or Germany for training & meetings
