Our Head Office Business Partner team is currently looking for an additional team member.

 

This is a true Business Partnering role where you will work closely with business leaders, line managers and wider HR teams to proactively drive the business priorities in their respective area. You will be building leadership capabilities, driving the talent agenda and champion our unique Off-Price culture at TJX.

 

The HRBP will provide coaching and counsel to leaders in different business areas and act as sounding board. As the strategic partner for leaders and apply influencing skills to drive the talent agenda within the business area. A profound understanding of the business area as well deep knowledge as generalist HR best practices will help you to partner future-focussed with the respective leadership team.

 

You will balance strategy and project work with the emerging and immediate needs of the business, work with other HRBPs and the wider HR team to continually review and improve our processes and ways of working.

 

The HRBP is the ambassador for our unique off-price culture and will manage change from organisational design to implementation and embedding changes within the function.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a HRBP, ideally gained within a fast-paced retail (or similar) organisation.
  • Excellent influencing, relationship building and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with multiple level stakeholders requiring an autonomous, decision-making approach.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR procedures.
  • Experience in challenging senior stakeholders to think differently and seek new points of view and move beyond obstacles.
  • Proven change leadership ability - creating meaning for others, and proposing innovative and transformative approaches to problem solving
  • Demonstrable experience of working in teams to achieve a common goal
