Job Description
 

We are currently looking for an experienced  Administration Coordinator  to support 4 of our Merchandising Directors and Merchandising Team.  Being highly organised and able to prioritise workload to tight deadlines while keeping a close eye for detail is essential for this role. You will need to build a strong network of internal and external relationships meaning interpersonal skills will help you succeed. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and enjoy working in fast paced environment.

As  Administration Coordinator your main responsibilities will include:

    • To organise and coordinate the Merchandising meetings, room bookings including set up of VC and Conference calls.
    • Arrange and co-ordinate travel, organise itineraries and book flights and accommodation as required for Merchandise Directors and teams.
    • Provide Monday morning support by preparing Merchandise Directors for their week - report printing, etc.
    • Prepare presentations in Power Point on an ad hoc basis.
    • Pull together basic spreadsheet-based analysis.
    • Assist in filing and keeping infrmation current and appropriate.
    • Undertake ad-hoc projects/tasks that may be assigned by the Directors.
    • Help to organise department conferences and events.
    • Prvide general administrative support to Merchandise department (typing, photocopying, stationery, holiday chart etc.)
    • Process purchase orders and invoices in Oracle as required
    • You will have previous secretarial/administration and are used to a fast paced environment.
    • You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and enjoy working in fast paced environment.
