Job Summary;

The ECSO Coordinator providing telephone and email support for European TJX stores

Proof reading and / or translation documents to be sent to European TJX stores

Key Responsibilities;

Working for the European Central Store Operations Department to:

  • Manage incoming queries, and clarity of information ensuring all queries are answered in a consistent and timely fashion
  • Manage the European Central Store Operations Email accounts and provide feedback (maintain awareness) across ECSO
  • Ensure all queries are logged, and forwarded to the relevant representatives
  • Prepare analysis of communications to ensure continuous improvement in standard of messages
  • Provide general coordination support for initiatives as required

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience


  • Second relevant European Language desirable
  • Is numerically accurate
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Is highly organised and efficient
  • Experience within stores or administration role
  • Can articulate how they impact on customer service and satisfaction
  • Can work with minimum of planning in a fast paced environment
