What you’ll do

The Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) organization embodies the hub of lifecycle engineering at TJX, delivering, maintaining, and optimizing our technology portfolio at cloud scale. We are a service-oriented team aimed at providing extraordinary experiences to thousands of TJX associates, business partners, and application delivery teams across the portfolio.

As a Senior Engineer within our Enterprise Desktop and Collaboration Services (EDCS) team, you will be responsible for achieving operational excellence through new feature and process development within our TJX messaging systems.  This role will be critical for the continuous improvement, feature development, and secure delivery of our Office 365 collaboration and messaging systems within TJX.   You will use your Office 365 expertise to shape technical proposals, design and implement new solutions, and deliver large transformational programs for TJX. 


What you’ll need

We seek creative, customer-focused individuals with technical expertise and a mindset for continuous improvement. We rethink how software and infrastructure are delivered at cloud scale, and work closely with other teams to improve key services.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive Office 365 experience, including subject matter expertise in both Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams Administration using scripting and strong automation skills.
  • Extensive experience leading and designing implementations of Office 365 to support complex messaging and mail routing scenarios.
  • Experience delivering Office 365 solutions in a large global organization practicing Agile project delivery


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience identifying and implementing operational process improvements as it relates to Office 365
  • History of preparing and updating standard operating procedures and work instructions for support organizations that will support our product.
  • Strong team player with an end-user, customer experience mindset.
