What you’ll do 

The Office of the CIO (OCIO) organization operationally supports the "Business of IT" within TJX.  We serve the company as both catalyst and coordinator, ensuring that IT execution maintains constant alignment with our global business needs. 

Global IT Business Change Management ensures the organization and people are ready, willing and able to support a different way of working as a result of a business process or technology change. We support global transformation efforts by using industry best practice methods that help build capability and drive solution adoption for IT and the Business. 

As a Senior Change Management Specialist, you will play a key role in helping the IT Modernization Roadmap projects (change initiatives) meet business objectives.  Integrating change management activities into their project plans.  Helping develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communications plan, stakeholder roadmap, training plan and Adoption & Benefits Tracking approach as well as delivering on the execution of plans.  Working to drive faster adoption on the changes impacting employees in the organization so that business results are achieved.  

 

What you’ll need 

  • We seek self-motivated colleagues who can demonstrate their talent and experience to identify, triage, and support the smooth operation of IT initiatives.  You'll work with our finest thought leaders to correlate ongoing efforts with key business outcomes. 

  • You’ll be able to demonstrate a passion for people, process and technology with the ability to work at pace.  Be a team player, able to work with and through others and flex to changing business priorities.  We want someone with the willingness to learn and try new things to drive better solutions and get results.  With strong communication skills – both written and verbal and excellent active listening skills. 
     

Must Have’s 

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. 

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. 

  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.  

  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.  
     

“Nice to” Have’s 

  • Previous change management experience is a plus.  

  • Prosci Certified 

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts 

  • Change Management experience in the retail sector
