What you’ll do

The IT Security organization bears the broad responsibilities of delivering information security, practice governance & assurance, and data loss prevention throughout the TJX enterprise.  Our worldwide team applies expertise and deep business understanding to ensure confidence for all company associates, investors, and customers.


Within Security Engineering, our Endpoint & Vulnerability team is responsible for maintaining, improving and optimizing our endpoint protection and vulnerability management tools. You will act as a subject matter expert to identify/recommend/implement process & technology improvements.


You will act as the primary vulnerability management platform SME to implement and manage TJX’s vulnerability scanning and compliance tools. You will also look to present technical information, draft documentation, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure accurate data quality, while partnering with Risk, Compliance, Audit and other business stakeholders.

What you’ll need

We seek creative, security-minded professionals to provide hands-on talent and social expertise in protecting TJX and its assets.  You'll work with engineers, business programs, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture in applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale data architecture, design, testing, development, migration & integration within a large organization, over 50,000 assets
  • Experience conducting vulnerability scans and validating scan data across workstation, server, network, and peripheral devices
  • Operational experience with Vulnerability scanning and compliance technologies, including hardware refresh, software testing, software upgrades, and complex troubleshooting techniques
  • Current experience in security threats, solutions, security tools and network technologies along with a keen ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Previous experience with vulnerability analysis, false positive reviews, and manual validation of vulnerabilities
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting platforms such as Splunk, PowerBI
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience implementing & supporting Tenable, Rapid7, or Qualys
  • Preferred experience creating custom policy compliance templates (XML, SCAP, CIS)
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows, Mac, and UNIX operating systems
  • Experience with integrating ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
  • In-depth understanding of networking concepts (Routing, switching, firewalling)
  • Prior experience with vulnerability management related to cloud workloads
