PASE (PLANNING & ALLOCATION SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE) PROGRAMME
We believe our merchant training programmess are some of the best in all of retail. In Australia, our PASE programme supports Associates interested in pursuing careers as Planners or Buyers and develops them as future leaders with structured career growth, an intensive curriculum for a starting role as Allocation Analyst, and opportunities for further development and mentoring.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Our Global Leadership Curriculum offers a consistent development experience focused on our leadership competencies and cultural factors. Providing core and elective courses, the curriculum supports Associates seeking skills in communication, change, management, strategic planning, and other important areas.
INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS
Associates are encouraged to partner with their managers and mentors to create detailed development plans. Development planning is an ongoing process used to help target individual strengths and development areas, and the subsequent actions required to enrich performance and fulfil potential.
