Our customers come to TJX stores for great value on ever-changing selections of high-quality, fashionable, brand name, and designer merchandise at prices generally 20 to 60% below full-price retailers’ (including department, specialty, and major online retailers) regular prices on comparable merchandise, every day—without engaging in promotional pricing activity like sales, coupons, or other tactics.

We tell our customers, “If you love it, grab it!” Rather than buying seasonally, we have high-quality, fashionable, brand name, and designer merchandise arriving in our stores several times a week. Our store managers often don’t know what’s coming until we throw open the delivery truck doors. Additionally, our e-commerce sites add new items almost daily.

Our merchandising teams work to anticipate consumer buying patterns and product trends, and plan how to distribute merchandise to stores worldwide. T.J. MAXX
Discover an ever-fresh array of fashionable and brand name apparel, home fashions, and more. T.J. Maxx differentiates itself from Marshalls with an expanded assortment of fine jewellery and accessories, and in some stores, The Runway at Maxx, a high-end designer department.
T.J. Maxx was founded in 1976, and together with Marshalls in the U.S., forms Marmaxx, the largest off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions in the U.S. With stores across the country including Puerto Rico. T.J. Maxx also operates an e-commerce site, tjmaxx.com, launched in 2013.
MARSHALLS
You’ll love our amazing assortment of high-quality apparel, home fashions, beauty, and more. Marshalls differentiates itself from T.J. Maxx with a full line of family footwear and an expanded men’s department.
Marshalls was acquired by TJX in 1995, and together with T.J. Maxx, forms Marmaxx, the largest off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions in the U.S. Marshalls has stores around the U.S., including Puerto Rico. Marshalls also operates an e-commerce site, marshalls.com, launched in 2019.
Marshalls launched in Canada in 2011. Marshalls in Canada offers an expanded dress department, and The Cube, and exciting junior's department, to help differentiate Marshalls from our Winners chain.
HOMEGOODS
At HomeGoods, you don’t go shopping, you go finding. Find an eclectic selection of home fashions from around the world, all at amazing prices. HomeGoods offers an ever-changing mix of merchandise, including furniture, rugs, lighting, soft home, decorative accessories, tabletop, cookware, and much more. The HomeGoods shopping experience complements its sister retail banner in the U.S., HomeSense, with differentiated departments like children’s, pet, and gourmet food.
Introduced in 1992, HomeGoods operates in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This chain has both a standalone and superstore format, which couples HomeGoods with a T.J. Maxx or Marshalls.
HOMESENSE
Discover aisles of unexpected finds from around the world and an ever-changing selection of top brands all with genuine value.
HomeSense in the U.S. offers a shopping experience that complements its sister retail banner, HomeGoods, with expanded departments such as furniture, rugs, lighting, and art, as well as new departments, like a general store and an entertaining marketplace. Homesense launched its first stores in the U.S. in 2017
HomeSense introduced the off-price home fashions concept to Canada in 2001. This chain operates in both a standalone and superstore format, which pairs HomeSense with a Marshalls or Winners store, and carries basics and home décor, including furniture, lighting, accessories, wall décor, rugs, seasonal home merchandise, and more.
HomeSense introduced the off-price homeware concept to the U.K. in 2008, and to Ireland in 2017. This chain operates in both a standalone and superstore format, which pairs Homesense with a T.K. Maxx store, and carries home basics and home décor merchandise including items for the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedroom, and outdoors, as well as gifts.
SIERRA
Get active and outside with incredible savings on apparel, footwear, gear, (including sporting goods, snow and water sport, camping, fishing) for the whole family, as well as home fashions and pets from Sierra. It doesn’t matter if you’re an avid hiker, aspiring runner, occasional yogi, or dog walking enthusiast—Sierra has epic savings on everything you need to get out there.
Originally named Sierra Trading Post, Sierra was acquired by TJX in 2012 and launched its e-commerce site in 1998. The retail chain rebranded to Sierra in 2018.
WINNERS
Uncover great values, fashions, and brand names at Winners, including family apparel and footwear, accessories, home décor, beauty products, and other amazing merchandise. Select stores also offer jewellery and some features like The Runway at Winners, a high-end designer department.
Winners was acquired by TJX in 1990. Winners, along with HomesSense and Marshalls in Canada, comprise TJX Canada.
T.K. MAXX
Discover great values a rapidly changing, eclectic treasure hunt of top-branded family apparel as well as home fashions. Some stores feature Gold Label, where customers can find fashion and accessories from high-end designer labels, or the Mod Box, a department specifically for younger customers.
Launched in 1994, T.K. Maxx introduced off-price retailing to the U.K. and Ireland and is the only brick-and-mortar, off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions of significant size in Europe. T.K. Maxx expanded into Germany in 2007, Poland in 2009, and Austria and the Netherlands in 2015. In addition to its stores, T.K. Maxx also operates its e-commerce site, tkmaxx.com, in the U.K. In 2015, TJX acquired Australian off-price retailer Trade Secret, which opened its first store in 1992. In 2017, TJX launched T.K. Maxx in Australia when it converted Trade Secret stores to the T.K. Maxx banner.
