Brand + Fashion + Price + Quality = TJX

Our customers come to TJX stores for great value on ever-changing selections of high-quality, fashionable, brand name, and designer merchandise at prices generally 20 to 60% below full-price retailers’ (including department, specialty, and major online retailers) regular prices on comparable merchandise, every day—without engaging in promotional pricing activity like sales, coupons, or other tactics.

The thrill of discovery.

We tell our customers, “If you love it, grab it!” Rather than buying seasonally, we have high-quality, fashionable, brand name, and designer merchandise arriving in our stores several times a week. Our store managers often don’t know what’s coming until we throw open the delivery truck doors. Additionally, our e-commerce sites add new items almost daily.

Entrepreneurial and opportunistic buyers, always on the hunt.

Our merchandising teams work to anticipate consumer buying patterns and product trends, and plan how to distribute merchandise to stores worldwide. Our buyers are opportunistic and entrepreneurial, hunting throughout the year for the hottest brand name and designer merchandise for the entire family and home.
