BUYING
Our buyers are global travelers, sourcing from a universe of thousands of vendors from more than 100 countries to deliver amazing merchandise at exciting value to our customers every day.
PLANNING & ALLOCATION
This team impacts the day-to-day management of our business by analyzing financial data, anticipating consumer buying patterns, and managing inventory levels.
New allocation analysts participate in our comprehensive PASE (Planning & Allocation School of Excellence) training—a combination of in-class lectures, practical exercises, and job shadowing. Upon completion, Associates have the autonomy to create a strategy to ship the right product, to the right stores, at the right time, through evaluating and critiquing the product mix and making recommendations.
