RETAIL MANAGEMENT

Motivated by the opportunity to make an impact with our contributions, our passionate leadership teams are responsible for merchandising, operations, customer service, and human resources in our stores.
  • Using complex store models and entrepreneurial spirit, our managers develop creative plans to increase store sales.
  • As people leaders, we recruit, mentor, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and assistant managers.
  • ​​​​​​​Roles include general manager, assistant store manager, retail manager, multiunit manager, assistant operations manager, and assistant merchandise manager.

RETAIL ASSOCIATES

What are our retail Associates all about? Commitment to our customers, that’s what. We bring our business to life by delivering fantastic shopping experiences.
  • We interact enthusiastically with our customers while promoting our credit and loyalty programs.
  • As positive team players, we support and participate in store-driven goals and programs.
  • Various positions include full- and part-time Associate, key holder, seasonal employee, and merchandise Associate.
