Our co-op and internship experiences involve more than daily job responsibilities. We strive to prepare potential future leaders through opportunities to build business acumen, develop skills, and grow professionally—all in a fun working environment.
Throughout your work term, you’ll have occasions to plan and participate in student socials, as well as act as community leaders by getting involved in charities and green initiatives.

New graduates may pursue a variety of challenging opportunities across TJX Canada departments.
Pursuing a career path in planning or buying? We offer specialized training through our Planning and Allocation School of Excellence (PASE).
Upon PASE completion, Associates create strategy through evaluating and critiquing product mix and making recommendations.
