MERCHANDISING
Composed of our Buying and Planning & Allocation divisions, merchandising is the heart of our business! These teams work together to help drive sales and profit for TJX. Opportunities may be available at our corporate home office in Framingham, MA, and at our U.S. Buying offices.
New allocation analysts participate in our PASE (Planning & Allocation School of Excellence) program—specialized training that prepares Associates to create strategy through evaluating and critiquing product mix and making recommendations.
